Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return it for a refund. Please review the conditions below.

ELIGIBILITY

  • Returns must be requested and postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be new, unused, unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition.
  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns and claims.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Sale items are final sale.
  • Personalized, custom, limited-edition products, and gift cards are not returnable.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Email Support@ResilienceAvenue.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  2. Once approved, you will receive a return form and a label (if available).
  3. Ship the item within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

Return Shipping

  • Customers cover return shipping.
  • If our prepaid label is used, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

  • All returned items are subject to inspection before approval.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Processing may take up to 10 business days after receipt.
  • Your payment provider may take 1–2 billing cycles to post funds.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • Report suspected defects within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging via email to Support@ResilienceAvenue.com.
  • We will review each claim and determine if it qualifies as defective or damaged.
  • Approved claims may receive a refund or a replacement.
  • Replacements are issued in the same size and color as the original order. If unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
  • Only one replacement per item/order will be provided.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

  • Returns and claims are valid only for the original purchaser.
  • Items showing wear, laundering, alteration, or tampering will not be refunded.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns, limit replacements, or reject claims if policy requirements are not met.

POLICY CHANGES

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes.
